I rented three different units. Access was easy and convenient. Bonnie was helpful and they always had someone available to help. I was particularly happy and surprised by how clean the units were.

Months ago my nephew had a unit there, when he was behind I helped pay for his unit when I was told his stuff was in there, I got a uhaul and when I went pick up his stuff everything was gone. They cleaned out the storage. They also began parting out his vehicle. Everything in his car was parted and they didn’t replace his stuff nor paid for all the parts that they parted out. They also didn’t pay me back my uhaul since I had rented one. When I talked to the manager who was working in Kalamazoo she stated she didn’t know everything wasn’t there. Then who took his stuff. And never heard from her again. I would never recommend this place to not one person. There is never anyone at this site to talk to.

Arrived to put items in a new unit rental, found it locked with no combo provided. No reply to emails, voice-mail or phone calls. Wasted a whole morning trying to use the unit rented. Incredibly poor service, absolutely unbelievable. Wouldn't recommend under any circumstances. Look elsewhere.

Payed 200 dollars for a storage unit that has some other person’s belongings in it. Currently sitting outside waiting on a phone call that should have came 30 minutes ago, paying movers money, because they don’t know how to run a business. Worst customer service of all time

Would not recommend as the customer service is incredibly horrible, tried to cancel my unit two weeks before the next charge date and still got charged. I Called and they said would refund me and still nothing, been 20 days and still nothing and out 240 dollars.

They were very great to work with on some specific timing needs I had with my storage. Joel was alway knowledgeable, friendly and prompt when ever I called with a question our need. I would certainly use them again and recommend them if you have storage needs. Prices were comparable and fair.

Love this place❤ by far the best around! Everything is clean, safe, and their response time is so fast. I dropped and broke our lock, and couldn't get to it right away. I contacted them, and there was a new lock on it in 30 minutes, and they texted me the new code. We have been tenants for months and I've always receive the best service from them.
