“Dort and Davison Rd Dollar tree is amazing. They have things you can't find at other stores. It's in the building that used to be Walgreens. Lather selection of unique items. Just went there today Jan 26, 2024. I bought $23 worth of items ?”

“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. “The store on Belsày road is always kept up, and by kept up I mean stocked well with merchandise, clean floors, cash out àrea, honestly the whole store and the staff are always friendly, never hesitate to help. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area! (Belsay road, in the old Kmart/Kroger plaza near train tracks. Or say by Walmart.This store has a lil bit of everything you could possibly need for your home, from crafts to basic automotive items, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, school supplies, Holiday Decor and household decor needs. “I give a 5 for Kawon working the register. I walked in and had to use the bathroom and a woman(employee from another store) wasn’t happy with working this one. I asked if there was a bathroom and she turned to this young man, Kawon, he was all smiles. After shopping I checked out with him, thankfully. “This location, DAVISON RD at ARLINGTON, services a LARGE AREA. I like their employees! Is the store a lil messy sometimes? But do you STILL FIND WHAT YOU NEED THERE? I do and if I don't see what I'm looking for I ASK THE MNGR. Sure enough! They are the ONLY ONES out of the Eastside stores who HAD A WINDOW FAN IN STOCK! They DO THEIR BEST and I really APPRECIATE this store! They ALWAYS have underclothing, SOCKS too IN STOCK and there is a MARKED DOWN clothing area where I got a gorgeous powder blue insulated HOODIE last winter for $10! i t WAS $19.99 so have fun HUNTING and ASK someone if you need something! ?”
“This Family Dollar was a mess 2 years ago, it surprised me the last time I was in what a change, no boxes sitting everywhere and could actually find what your looking for. “Probably one of the best/better Dollar Generals in the Flint/Burton area. Its super close to home which makes it easy to do a quick run up for needed supplies or groceries. I've been going here since I was a kid and honestly they've done a lot of remodeling and improvement through the years.
Only complaint is due to remodeling, they often change the placement of certain items which can be a little confusing for recurring shoppers, and staff is a little low meaning you might have to wait a minute or two before checking out somedays, but I feel that could easily be fixed with a bell or alert that someone is up front. Fixing the self checkout would also help out quite a lot.
Otherwise, it's a great store for quick or cheaper shopping!!”
“I just want to say when it comes to some quick quality shopping I got to this dollar general the staff is extremely helpful and the manager is the best I come here all the time even if I'm on the other side of town prices are great and the store is clean .....I will be shopping here as long as they are there”
“The sales associate Melisa went above and beyond when checking me out, she talked about her love of podcasts about turtles and short wave radio. We had many laughs, but all in a timely manner truly a asset to this dollar general location.”
“Love the prices and the fact there are no long lines. The clearance section could use a little work. The managers are well equipped but need to learn more about their tethered system. Moving over to New software made it impossible to use digital coupons with manufacturing coupons. I think they should move their clothes rack back and pull their sunglasses and outdoor stuff upfront instead and the racks outside look horrible clean that up. All above they do a great job!”
“I was very impressed with this store. It was clean, organized, and I found things there I’ve never seen at other dollar general stores. What impressed me most was the two girls working there didn’t hesitate to go out of their way to help us and serve us as quick as they could. They were polite and genuine (which is hard to find anymore in customer service!) and are under appreciated! Kudos to the best Dollar General I’ve been at.”
“It's was very nice. Not in the best location. BUT they had everything we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful as soon as we walked into the door. The store was very clean insode and out. The prices are always very low. We lobe shopping ? here to get odds and ins for our house ? . It seems like they have everything and I mean everything. We always wonder if they have something and then we walk in as an employee and yup they got on for us. Very good store to do quick in and out shopping ?”
“The family dollar is a good place for a quick trip for a few groceries and their prices are quite low compared to a convenience store and there is a variety of household items,cleaning supplies and even toys and pet supplies,it’s fast,cheap and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.”
“The store manager has really done a lot to bring this store around. They now have a decent grocery selection with a frozen food section and dairy along with the non perishables you expect to find. The aisles are usually stocked well, but there are still many times that carts full of stock are left out in an aisle making it difficult to shop and maintain social distancing.”
“The new manager is very kind she has a great customer service skills and Leadership skills the stores clean and always stopped the prices have dropped down which we all appreciate and when I say oh I mean consumers for the first time in a long time I was in line prior to this it was hardly anyone coming in the store and she has straightened that store out and turned it around and her employees and her team do a great job at stocking and keeping everything that she knows that her people like which I mean by people us consumers she's doing a wonderful job thank you”
“Always a wide variety of things here if you want a cheap t-shirt or some socks but don't want to go far there is always a great location near you to visit a Family Dollar !”
“The store looks a bit run down but don't let that foil you. They have a huge selection of things you wouldn't even think a smaller store would have. It's clean everything is easy to find they reload PayPal and Netspend cards and best of the all the workers I come in contact with are super friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to come to this family dollar. The one closest to me is not clean and doesn't have the friendly workers like here.”
“I was looking for water shoes while swimming at a nearby lake. The store had several different types, just not in my size. This place has a variety of snacks and cleaning products, but was cluttered with boxed inventory that needed to be put away.”
“It's good it's got great prices but they need to put the items with the items that it goes with we looked all over that store for the little six packs of water finally ended up buying single bottles and when we got to the register and checked out they were hiding them beside the egg machine underneath something else the toy agency that's the only complaint I really have”
“The manager here is awesome always working and helping the employees get things done.I know its messy over there sometimes but the entire area is like that not just family dollar.Every time we go here he is working to keep things moving.I had managers that just sit in the office most of the time.He should be recognized.This pic is him picking up the parking lot.Always working and always in a upbeat mood.”
