I would give 5 stars because this is the gas station I literally go to almost daily due to living down the road from them. I usually have a great experience in there but tonight a skinny short guy and girl that Ive never seen was there and they were not helpful at all! I had a child in my arms and I typed my rewards number in wrong so the girl made me type it 4 more times still not working and finally i got into my wallet and pulled out my actual g card and of course she had no idea on how to do it. She acted like I was out of luck and the rewards take money off my purchase. So i told her she might have to just try it all over again ( i get the eye roll of course). And finally after starting over it worked. But then I went to pay and it said still processing on my end and she tells me the total I said it usually takes a minute for the rewards to go through and she said they but after I left I got on my account and it didn’t go through so all that nonsense was for nothing. I know its hard to find employees but those two tonight were just ridiculous. I told the guy that I usually come here almost daily and never have problems and he just had to come back with a smart ass comment. All the other employees are great and I give them 5 stars but not those two tonight we’re just plain ridiculous. I never complain but sometimes people’s incompetence gets to you after awhile.

Needed gas and both Shell stations were closed one of them should be open 24/7 or maybe they take turns which one should stay open

The cashier is very rude and truly lacks customer service I spend over $50 a week at this station today will be the last time I will stop there

We were on our way home from Florida and trying to avoid personal contact as much as possible while traveling 1700 miles..First problem was our fuel rewards card from Shell would not work nor our credit card together. Credit card worked well if we did not use our fuel rewards card. After filling the tank, the pump would not give us a receipt and informed us we would need to see cashier. Walked into a very nice clean and busy store with only one person working so stood in line behind four others who were making purchases after eight minutes I was there and all I needed was the receipt. They need to hire a few more to take care of customers and keep paper in their pumps. I was not happy.
