We went there to get a water pump and timing belt repaired on our 2014 Chevy equinox, he did good work and found 3 other things wrong as well I just wish he asked us before he repaired those things. It put us in a bit of bind, thank goodness every thing worked out in the end. I will say one thing for him though he's very thorough and does good work. He knows what he's doing.

Nedd is very knowledgeable he saves me money anywhere that he can He tries to Get it done In a timely manner He is normally very busy because he is an honest mechanic Nedd has work done work on everything from my diesel truck to my half ton Chevy And my Chevy trailblazer Any time I can't do my own work Nedd is the only one that I would take my mechanical problems too

We were from out of town and our car broke down. Ned’s Auto was amazing! They were exceptionally fast, got us right in for the repair and were reasonably priced. Thank you Ned’s for the honest service! If we lived in Gaylord he would be are go to mechanic.

I called for a price on Full Tune Up services. He asked the make and model of my car and I informed him was a Kia Soul and I didn’t know the exact model but I did have the Vin # ‘ his response was okay well when you figure out what kind of car you have call back” so I call back and state okay sir I have the full vin #, (no response) I’m like okay are ready for it ? He acted as if I was a bother to even have to give the VIN, after giving the VIN I EXPLAINED I WANTED A FULL TUNE UP, this “mechanic” had the audacity to ask me what services are included in a full tune up ? sir am I the mechanic or You? Just know whomever answers that phone … they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES RECEIVED OVER THE PHONE ‘ I wouldn’t bring them a gold fish bowl to tune up after this type of encountering!

Nedd was awesome, so helpful! I wad passing through heading to the UP on a Saturday when my check engine light came on! I pulled off and there was an advanced auto so the did the code finder well very few auto repairs are open on Saturday drove to a few that weren't able to help, called nedds to check and see before driving there he wasn't able to work on it either that very day due to the short notice but he did walk me through what things I could do and eased my.mind that it wouldn't break down while in the UP. I did the things he told me to do and Wah-Lah check engine light went off and has been fine every since! Very thankful for his advice and taking his time to help me out!

This place is a life saver! My husband and I hit a deer on the way up to the upper peninsula of Michigan and ruined our belts on our vehicle. Nedd’s auto repair was so kind and was able to get us right in and help us out! They did an amazing job can’t say how blessed we were to have found them!Service: General repairs & maintenance
