Very slow to begin with. I was at the window and I was sent to the back of the line because they have a faulty system and my prescriptions were “locked”. There are now 4 cars in front of me and I’ve been here for 30 minutes

Ok it was crazy busy there but the staff was very nice an helpful even when I called about a medicine my vet prescribed yes vet could they fill it they could and the staff was very knowledgeable. Love it

Don't expect customer service. My experience was so bad I called the store manager. She said she'd relay the information to the Traverse City based area manager for the pharmacy and he'd get back to me. Crickets. As promised, I've transferred my prescriptions to a friendlier pharmacy.

Absolutely incompetent in transferring prescriptions. Unable to follow through on simple requests. Have difficulty accessing their own records accurately. Inexperienced staff gave three different process explanations and then didn’t follow through on any. Dealing with any Meijer pharmacy has been difficult, this one is terrible.

It seems like every single time a prescription is called in either for myself or a family member, they NEVER check the prescription call-in line. Then when you call to check on your prescription, they either have an attitude because you know more about the situation than they do or they say NOPE! Ummm sorry, we don’t have anything for you today. Do your job you guys! If it’s to hard for you to check your voicemail or work in customer service then maybe you should find another job. So sick of the way you treat people. I definitely will be changing pharmacies.
