I had the best experience with two gentleman in the paint department named Dan and Jerry. I ran out of paint in the middle of a project that I had to finish that day. When the paint wasn’t carried in their particular store, they jumped through hoops with creative solutions to get the project done. They truly saved my day with their outstanding customer service!!! Kudos!!

Decent Customer Service inside store - Horrible Customer Service trying to reach on phone for a simple yes or no answer about a already paid for order. Wanted to see if it was time to pick up now. No Answer At ALL! Waste of time trying to call

Got my paint from Gaylord lowes recently and Tyler in the paint department was extremely helpful with all of our needs and helped direct us with our other shopping needs in the store. He even helped us load the 5 gallon buckets of paint in our truck without asking. We will definitely be back and recommend our friends and family to this Lowe's!

Associate Mike from Georgia did a fabulous job helping my elderly father find the right color and size of caulk and even went and found the water line connector for my dad so he didn’t have to go in the back of the store with his amigo. Thank you for treating your customers right!

We were there ready to purchase an LG Washer/Dryer and Kelly, who works in appliances was unwilling to check inventory to verify if the dryer was in stock. We also learned that current inventory includes units already purchased. We ended up going to Menard's that is down the street.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought an $750 air conditioner online, got it home and it was used and missing parts. Called the store they said they don’t just give missing parts and the unit had to be returned to the store for an exchange. The person at customer service said they have no more in stock and they had to do a refund back to my card. Come to find out they did have more in stock but because they already issued the refund there was nothing they could do. The assistant general manager said they could have given cash back instead of just refunding me, but the associate at the customer service did not know policy. All I wanted was another air conditioner or the missing parts. The people that work the customer service desk, manager included, are incompetent and rude. Train your team and actually try to help customers, and know your company policies. The fact they lied about having more in stock shows they didn’t need my money. I will not make any more large purchases at Lowe’s. Menards at least has a system to exchange products in store or will let you have in store credit towards other products. No wonder the Lowe’s parking lot is always empty.

I went in the store to get help connecting two hoses asked for joe in plumbing. Some woman behind the counter at customer service said loudly "joe left at 1.00. They paged someone else on plumbing and told me to go to aisle 17 I waited there no one came no one helped me I closed my acct and will never go to your store again! CindyOleary Hillman Michigan..very rude..poor service!

I have many cordless Kobalt power tools for construction, destruction :) lawn and garden, and snow removal! I love them all!! Today, I had to take back my multi-tool, because the battery was stuck in it. Amanda and Larissa, tried so hard for me to remove the battery for me but no luck. Amanda checked the warranty on both the tool and the battery, and brought up a new one of each to switch out for me. I love my Kobalt tools, but more than that I love the help I get from Everyone there when I need it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful even with suggestions and ideas!!!
