1048 W Main St, Gaylord“We had to stay an extra day at Gaylord as my husband injured his back and was in ER there; we had already checked out of the other motel for the day(they referred us to Tru by Hilton). Kayla was so accommodating for us; even brought up a step stool so he could get up on the tall bed and chair for the shower. When we checked out the morning front desk staff was just as friendly. We are very appreciative of all they did!!”

696 M-32, Gaylord“This weekend, I went skiing at two awesome ski resorts with my dad, named Treetops and Otsego Ski resort. Otsego was even funner than Treetops. It had a café, five individual lifts, plenty of fun trails and a massive terrain park. The café at Otsego was a very nice one, and had a large fire which was great to come into on a cold day. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there for too long, and therefore couldn't see too many things that they served, but one thing I know was that the hot chocolate is great and the candy bars are delicious. The trails at Otsego were also great, but had a bit of a higher skill level. They had a few easy blues and greens, like Für Elise and Alan's alley for begenners, but no bunny hill, a load of blacks like waterfall and master's, two steep duo trails that me and my dad very much liked and even a few fun double blacks like Bob's Glade, a exciting and adrenaline-giving slope that emptied out into a easy green. The terrain park was also super fun, with gigantic jumps that sent me very high up into the air but no rails, which was ok but not as cool as it could be. The only rail I could find was a few rotten blocks of wood that someone had thrown together and then left to the power of the forest.”
“The bed was very comfortable. My only concern was that the carpet was so dirty and stained.
Nearby activities: Very close to downtown walking distance, Grocery store right next door everything is very convenient
Walkability: Very close to downtown with restaurants and stores very convenient”

137 West St, Gaylord“Let's start with the negatives and get them out of the way; the pool has been down all summer and fall from what I can tell. There are some minor improvements that could be made to improve the quality of the rooms. We had room 128, a Jacuzzi tub room for our anniversary. It was a decent room for the price. The bathroom is very cramped, and the door didn't shut all the way (wood swells, it needs to be replaced) but we didn't care. The breakfast was good, everything was clean... well, mostly. Housekeeping needs to pay just a LITTLE more attention to details like the toilet seat, which did not appear to be cleaned and sanitized so I just used some Lysol wipes.I didn't feel unsafe, we enjoyed our stay, we didn't mind the minor issues. $180 for 2 nights for a decent King Jacuzzi room I found to be fair price. The bed was very comfortable, as well as the bedding. I liked the multi-layer bedding. Sheets, a clearly washable blanket, then a patterned fabric cover sheet. So you know they all get washed. The fridge and microwave were nice and clean and in working order.I have no complaints beyond the few small issues, we enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxed atmosphere.Safety: We had zero safety concerns. No sketchy people wandering, the room locks worked fine, my car was safe, it was quiet.Walkability: Close to many restaurants and storesFood & drinks: LOTS of restaurants in walking distance and nearby on the strip. There's also a dispensary RIGHT THERE at the front next to Burger King.”
“Stayed here more than 10 times now, Nothing has scared me away yet. Some inconveniences such as no pool towels and small waits in service, but we enjoy our stay each time. Family of four enjoy the pool/hottub, for the most part, clean and sanitary. Some weekends we have stayed, we'd have the whole area to our self. Great value for the stay. We will continue to come back.
Nearby activities: Basically in the middle of Gaylord.
Safety: Few sketchy people but you find that everywhere.
Walkability: Yes, In the summertime but heavy traffic nearby.”
