“It is a nice gym for a smaller town. Lots of free weights which give you many options for lifting. There is a lot of equipment packed into a small space. Not much room to move around. Nice to have Sauna and courts. Also, tanning if you are in to that. Overall, a nice little gym.”
“Iv'e been going to this gym for four years. I love the owners and the people that go there. It's like family. I also take Jitsu and enjoy the group that goes. If you ever need help with anything the owners are always there throught most days.”

“Carey, the owner and coach, is an amazing person, coach, and owner. The gym space is clean, spacious and gives a welcoming vibe the minute you walk through the door. Photos don’t do justice to just how large this place is and how nice. 10/10!”
