Its the worst experience and it's the first time shipping with Them. My package was put on hold without my knowledge. No emails no call.. only not to get the package. And call. Agent told me its on hold! How?! They cant tell me!

paid big bucks for next day delivery, it took 3 days, my next shipment i paid 2nd day and it took 3 days to deliver, worst delivery service ever!!! only use UPS NOW!!! second time i paid for high dollar delivery and it did not come...

Phone number not working to contact about my package. Paid for 2 day shipping and it's been at the hub since Sunday. Should have been delivered today as it was shipped out Thursday. Half assed delivery service with no way to contact them.
