All the necessary parts had been ordered and on hand, but a recheck, for which I was not charged, determined the problem was not related to the false diagnosis. This honesty and forthrightness is rare and invaluable.”

“These guys are the best; honest and great work. I had broken down three weeks prior after a return flight into Grand Rapids. The starter had gone out in my car. Three weeks later, again my car would not start. Justin not only did a tip-top job diagnosing, replacing the "new" starter, and fixing other small things that needed it, he also helped me by talking with the first garage. I was able to receive a full refund from the initial automotive service. I would give them 10 gold stars, if allowed. This is the second time I have used J&C Automotive and they are kind, professional and thorough.”

“We went there to get a water pump and timing belt repaired on our 2014 Chevy equinox, he did good work and found 3 other things wrong as well I just wish he asked us before he repaired those things. It put us in a bit of bind, thank goodness every thing worked out in the end. I will say one thing for him though he's very thorough and does good work. He knows what he's doing.”

“Bob has saved me (and my truck) TWICE! The first time was on Labor Day, the second time was after 7 pm. BOTH times, Bob canceled everything and worked non stop to get us back in the road because we were stranded 4- hours from home!
He is very friendly, very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond. This last time he fixed my truck when two dreamers and 2 diesel mechanics were telling me my truck was "toast" and would require $5,000 of parts to replace the entire fuel system. Bob used old-school know-how to save my engine and the truck is back to 100%. The mechanic industry could learn a thing or two from this man!”

But I went by in the afternoon and it was still parked outside, however just before they closed I went there to get something out of it,and it was in the shop. “Stopped in just for gas and the first thing I noticed as I was walking inside to pay was every single trash can was either full or overflowing with trash. Truth of the matter is nobody likes to take out trash. But it should be getting done on each shift. Other than that if it wasn’t for the friendly cashier I would’ve rated this gas station maybe 2 stars. Cleanliness is huge!”
“I had a breakdown on I-75 while driving downstate and ended up being towed to Ed's shop. The car was beyond repair so my two kids and I ended up hanging out at Ed's all day while waiting to get picked up. Ed went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even kept the shop open late for us while we were waiting for a ride from downstate. He later gave me a straightforward assessment of what it would take to repair the car. Turns out it wasn't worth fixing, but Ed kept it on his lot and put me in contact with the scrapyard there in Gaylord. So while I can't comment on Ed's professional skills, I will say that the way he treated me and my kids while we were having a tough day was really above and beyond. I'm a small business owner too, and I really appreciate this level of customer care and attention. If I lived around Gaylord, Ed would be my mechanic.”
“My brakes were squeaking on my truck. I took it in and they checked them out and said they were 80% on the front and 90% on the back.
The staff is very professional. I had 3 people ask if I was being helped. They were all smiles. Who ever manages this Belle Tire you have created a culture that is customer oriented and rare.”

*Amazing people who appreciate drivers' time.
*restrooms available for drivers.
*Plenty space to back into the dock.
*As soon as you take alpine rd, go all the way to dead end make a left receiving sencond entrance on the left.
* 24 hours open
*overnight parking. I'm not sure, but there is plenty of space as long as we don't block the entrance or road way.”
