“I worked at NAPA warehouse in the past. My son did, too. The last few years I’ve noticed the counter help hasn’t been very helpful or friendly. They act like I’m bothering them by being there. I’ve gone elsewhere and felt the same way.
O’reillys is different. The counter help is friendly and helpful. And they don’t make me feel stupid because I ask a question or don’t know something. They make me feel like they want to help.
Vacationing near Gaylord and needed a boat battery. I went to O’ Reillys in Gaylord Friday morning. I had questions about a battery and the guy answered them and actually steered me toward a cheaper battery.

“I have been shopping here for almost 8 years, the employees are amazing and very helpful. I get my prescriptions here ALWAYS! Richard the pharmacist is extremely helpful and so are Austin and the lady pharmacist. I do not care for James, the pharmacist, he ALWAYS makes me feel uncomfortable, when I pick up my pain medicine! I never ask for it sooner that the time, he questions me as if I'm an addict and in the store everyday asking for pain meds. I have NOT EVER experienced that ANYWHERE! He does not belong at this pharmacy, where all the other employees are nice, helpful and Always concerned about how a person is doing! Thanks to MICHELLE, SHARON, GWEN AND SARAH FOR ALWAYS BEING FRIENDLY, POLITE, HELPFUL AND CARING! YOU MAKE MY EXPERIENCE SO PLEASENT!”
