“My mother and I shopped at the Gaylord, Michigan store today. We were looking for a very specific hand sander. We already have batteries at home, and wanted another tool that uses the same battery. We were very lucky to be looking in the aisle where Ken was working. He approached us to see if we needed help. Then he showed us all the sanders. He even went through the store trying to find the one last sander in stock that we were looking for. He checked on the locked shelves but it wasn't there! So then he found one online! He had to go halfway across the store to look in the rafters to find the last sander. He sent us to lunch while he got someone with a lift to bring a full pallet down just so he could go thru it to find our one sander. THANK YOU KEN! You made our experience well worth the trip. If there is an employee of the week or month, you deserve it!!”
