Have used Alter-Start North before with ok results. But this time Mike was suppose to call me back with a quote for the cost of a trailer hitch and installation. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the quote. I realize Mike is very busy but nothing for 2 weeks? Next time I need service I won't be calling Mike.

Dropped a starter off in the morning for a rebuild and it was completed by the end of day. Fast and called when ready.

Good mechanic but don't tell the truth when he have your vehicle done, has lied to me many of time of when I will get it back and he will not call you when your not getting it back or answer his phone

Poor customer service. Made appointment for my vehicle to be looked at and when I arrived for the appointment I was told "I don't have time for that" even though appointment was made days ahead of time.

They always get us in very quickly (so far same day!) And do a great job for a variety of repairs at very fair price! I find them to be honest as well (sadly not all shops are) as polite and helpful!

I showed up without an appointment and they were able to take care of my problem, right away. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The price was lower than I was expecting, so I was very impressed with the company and will go back again and again.
