The entire team here from Dr. Yaldo, Kristina, Sara, to the rest of the team are all professional, welcoming, and know very well what they’re doing. I went in for LASIK consultation and had my surgery within 48 hours! The whole experience was seamless and quick. Anyone with looking to correct vision should only consider Yaldo Eye Center!

All-in-all the initial eye exam was decent when it came time for my glasses they said oh we'll take a month to have them I can't wait that long as I get migraines and can hardly see small thing or a fair distance without them(part of my work so I'm currently on med leave until i get them) I'm taking my business to America's best they gave me a7 to 10 day guarantee

Even though the eye examinations were very through I am giving Yaldo Eye Center Garden City 2 stars. Dr. Briscoe was great! He should receive 5 stars. However, he's an optometrist not an optamaligist. Due to this fact, my husband and I was charged the wrong co-pay amount. According to our insurance coverage the co-pay for an optometrist who performs an retinol exam is $39.00 not $45.00! The pre-op eye prescriptions for my husband's cateract sugery from their preferred pharmacy is horribly expensive. The pharmacist became very rude when I compared their prices against our usual pharmacy. I believe a health professional should be honest and accurate when charging senior citizens co-pays, prescriptions costs and surgery fees. I feel Yaldo eye center should take time to monitor office their staff for honesty and accuracy. While there I told my husband, I had a feeling something about this place was just not "right" ! But now, after reading a lot of reviews on how bad their eye surgeries went plus the experience we had speaking with our insurance company and their preferred pharmacist. I am not going to allow husband to have Yaldo eye center to perform his cateract surgery, we will be looking into some one else based on the previous reviews I just read.My advice, be sure you know your all insurance co-pay costs, before your eye exam and check the reviews before going anywhere for exams or surgery evaluations. And do not go to Yaldo Eye Center

Open two days a week. You must drop everything you are doing the day they call you to pick up your glasses, as you know, if you are working or have a life this is difficult . It says it's open now but they are open every OTHER Wednesday, so good luck if you arranged child care, got out of work or inconvenienced yourself to go collect the item you paid for, it's a gamble at best. Don't expect any apologies either, they are bothered by your insolence of looking at their schedule online, corroborate they are open, and dare go pick up what you paid them for. Yikes! Just close that office and you'll do yourself a favor.

I went in a month ago for a lasik surgery consult. I was recommended by my two good friends who have done the procedure over 10 years ago and had amazing results. I always wore contacts , but started to develop intolerance to my contacts. I was so scared of having lasik all my life, but from the minute I went to Dr. YALDOS'S office, I felt more at ease. All the staff are friendly and professional. They answered my millions of questions. Dr. Briscoe reassured me many times. He seen me before and after the procedure. He is awesome. Diana the office manager had done lasik recently and was very nice of her to share her experience with me . She answered my millions questions, provided me support day of the surgery and called me after to make sure I was okay. Dr. Yaldo is great at what he does. He made sure to answer my questions before the procedure and talked me through the surgery as he was working. The surgery was barely 10 minutes. There was no pain at all. I honestly had no pain after the procedure either. Just perfect vision and until this day I can't believe it. I wish I have done this procedure sooner. I would do it again if I had to. Thank you so much Dr. Yaldo and your amazing staff! You changed my life.

Yaldo eye center staff was very kind and professional. I actually chose not to go with this facility for my lasik. I had 3 consultations and Yaldo was the only facility who's results differed, making me not a candidate for lasik but for PRK. I do believe they took all the steps they felt necessary, including a manual test to measure corneal thickness, however they concluded my tissue was 488 and 478 microns where as 2 different facilities concluded I was close to 500 microns in both eyes. This was the main reason I didnt go with facility, had all results varied greatly or even one facility been closer, I may have considered. Also, the reviews on google did hinder me a bit but I went in with an open mind. Other than that, no complaints.

I just completed having cataract surgery on both eyes, result 20/20 vision both eyes, fantastic! Procedure was painless and surprisingly quick considering how complex I am sure it is. The staff and the whole experience was great for me. I would recommend Dr. Yaldo and his crew to anyone. Thanks to all.
