Bought a gift card there and the gift card was already opened and had a number scraped off and told management and it almost seem like they didn't care which gift card sales are as is. Which is understandable. It's the fact he didn't seem to care that someone is doing this in the store and someone is scamming people and seems like the staff knows.You should run back cameras from the past few days and see who is scamming people. I am on hold as I write this review, have been on hold for 10 mins this is my 2nd call to the pharmacy, it's now just ringing like my 1st call where I had to hang up and call back again ! This is unacceptable, what if there was a person homebound what happens to those customers , unbelievable it is is still ringing

Just got turned away for a vaccine by a doc that barely spoke English, and claimed that the vaccine "was not safe" for me, but it was somehow totally safe for people 50 and older...seems pretty damn fishy to me. He also insisted that nobody should be getting any vaccine without a doctor writing a script for it...at that point wouldn't I just go to that doctor for my vaccines, instead of wasting my time trying to get one from someone who goes out of their way to waste people's time!?

The main pharmacy is horrible at his job.. they always run out of my medication when it is a pharmacy that is not supposed to run out if you see you are low on medications order more so you don't run out. You are a pharmacy that gives people medications you are not supposed to run out of people's medications that is horrible horrible work by the main pharmacist I think he should be fired or retrained because he does not know what he's doing

Stopped in at 9:50 p.m. 12/30. There were two guys working here. There was a guy (assume he was a supervisor or manager) that mysteriously popped up two aisles over from me that managed to make his way to front when I made my way up front. Was I being watched? Neither him or the cashier said hello. I get way better customer service at cvs.

The old lady at the cashier was very slow. She counted several items twice and wouldn’t listen when I tried to let her know. Another employee had to step in to fix the mistakes.

My Mom, Sister and I received our Covid and Influenza Vaccines and wonderful service from a Pharmacy Technician (I didn't get her name)who was very patient and professional while assisting us and others present. What a wonderful asset for Walgreens. Thank you.

Nice store, Cashier is always extremely pleasant ? ? For daily item needs seem to keep to keep them in stock. If it's a sales item & sold out, Management will give you a raincheck (One of the few businesses left that do) My household appreciates ? that. Limited seasonal item's.. Halloween ? ?, Christmas ? etc. Great items just lack a larger selection/ variety ? Pharmacy is ALWAYS EXTREMELY BUSY!! no matter the day/time. Have a bit of patience ? you can clearly see they're doing the job well with what resources they got. All while being friendly & helpful. Thank you ? ? Very well lit, Isles aren't cluttered, Items are easily found. Brand name vs Store brand omg ? Save yourself some money ? Try the store brand! After comparing ingredients, the store brand is exactly the same if not better & way better priced. With holidays around the corner we can all use extra money, even without holiday's. Special thanks ? to the cashier for pointing out the watermelon ? gummy candy ? bag's @ .50 cents. (Kid's loved them)

I love that they USUALLY have everything however, it drives me nuts that nothing ever rings up correctly when it's on sale. What's worse, you are looked at like a pest because when they deny your allegation of the sale and track down the sign, your holding up the line. My favorite is when they point to the computer and tell me, it's not what this says"... no kidding ?There's a couple people there that are great, but a couple older gals that are plain rude. Get it together folks.

Moe in the pharmacy was great. There are new people who do not know what they are doing. They deleted my script and refused to restore it. Had to wait another 24 hours for dr to open for them to request a new script.

Wow absolutely horrible service by the pharmacy staff. Fourth time this month and still don't have the prescription I paid for in advance and asked to have delivered.
