The worst customer service ever the manager was very disrespectful because I had problem with her and her staff doing services they wanted to do with my car without asking me I pacifically told the techs what I didn’t want and they did what they wanted to do instead plus where training someone on my vehicle that didn’t have any knowledge of what they where doing I have been going to Valvoline spending a hundred plus dollars every time which is no problem if the service was done right if you wanna keep your vehicle running do not get you vehicle serviced here

I got a transmission fluid change on my 2016 malibu 2.5L. Later that evening on the highway i got a warning message stating Transmission Hot, Idle Engine. After stopping for about 5 min the message went away and i proceeded with no further issues. Come to find out GM only recommends a fluid change if your vehicle is driven under severe conditions. Normal driving does not require a fluid change. This was never discussed. I have to go to the dealership now to figure out what they did. Too much or too little fluid can cause this symptom.

Not really impressed with the quality of this establishment. I really wanted to take my fiancé’s truck down the road to the other Valvoline that’s closer to Venoy Rd, but it was closed. I read many of the reviews before coming here and was quite apprehensive and I can assure you that many of the 1 star reviews are true to their word. I can confirm they do try to pressure you into purchasing services, especially when you’re a woman and they assume you know nothing about vehicles. These young buck employees cared more about playing around, joking, and not really working together as a team to get the job done efficiently. Lastly, before leaving I asked for a paper receipt and was told that I would have to be emailed one because their printer was having issues. Then another employee said it was out of ink. I responded back with “that’s kinda odd you can only email me a receipt, but how can I receive one if you never asked me for mine in the first place and I am a brand new customer”. That’s when the two young guys looked at each other, mumbled something, and then said “I guess I can print you a receipt from our office, but it’s going to look funny.” I spent $112 and some change to only be disappointed and extremely worried that these guys didn’t do their job correctly. I don’t like deceitful behavior and being misled. I am so glad I stuck to my guns, stood up for myself, and spoke up because if anything happens to my fiancé’s truck, I cannot hold this place accountable without a receipt to prove I was here. I will not be back and will forever take my business to the one that’s located down the road about 1/2 a mile. I am truly disappointed to see that with all these low reviews and complaints made to corporate, that nothing has changed for the better. I am beginning to think that even higher ups could care less about providing good customer service, training quality employees, and holding these establishments to a higher standard when working on your vehicles. In my opinion, you should absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

I’d like to meet the guy that hired these people. Horrible service. My car leaked oil from the filter & drain plug 2 hours after my oil change. If you like your car just drive down the road. They only must have a 4 star review from posting google reviews themselves. -12 starsService: Oil change

I took my daughter's new car there for a oil change and once I pulled in the bay it took 30 minutes and I could hear a lot of rattling around underneath the cars that made me a little nervous. When they completed and I asked for a receipt they said they are completely paperless and only email receipts. I told him I still wanted to print a copy. They said the printer was out of ink. After driving for 10 minutes I didn't get the email so went back and told him I'd never received the email. He said email was wrong. I showed him it wasn't. Then he said he doesn't know how that works. Nothing can he do about it. then when I said I'll have the charges reversed on my debit card, he went in the office and printed off a receipt.I called the corporate to complain about the bad experience. They really didn't care.Used is business at your own risk. They try to push products down your throat you don't need and I really don't think they stand behind the work they do.

Really good service !! They were super nice , friendly , helpful and not trying to sell me on anything other than what I asked for. Which I appreciate a lot . Great job guys!!!!

Be careful going to this location. Every other Val online location I go to will top off all of your fluids and check the wipers, turn signals, and check your tire pressure. Staff was very slow, they were playing around the entire time I got a oil change, did not check anything else on my car and I had to double check the oil stick myself. Honestly terrible.

They do not follow through with making things right! I went in for an oil change and they did not put my skid plate back on correctly. It fell off on 275! When I called the store they assured me that they would take care it and "make it right" that was a month ago have not heard anything since. When I called the store to ask about the status I was told that I would receive a call back with an update???? Did not happen horrible service. Very disappointed

Do not ever go to this location!! Ever! Staff is very inept. They took off my skip plate and did not screw it back on. It damaged the skip plate and I returned to them the next day. The female manager told me they could not find the screws to my plate so they took it off. Then, this manager was apparently pretending to speak to her manager in front of me and told me that they will order the part, replace it, and will call me when it is ready. Nobody called me and it was never reported. I finally called back and the female manager claims she does not remember nor do they replace parts they ruin. So, I took it upon myself to make a report. Vavoline said someone will call me back from customer service that day and never did. These people are liars and ignorant beyond belief. Do yourself a favor and let a professional service your vehicle. This clown shop is a joke!Service: Oil change

Their turnover is pretty crazy but new employees or not, they are always courteous and professional! I haven't had a subpar experience here ever.

Extremely thorough! These handsome gentleman checked everything! They literally called out loud everything they checked as well. (cya all the way!) Germaine even tested my fuel filter and held it up to the camera documenting it was still good to go. They showed me my air filter, letting me know I was good a few more oil changes. And gave me a print out of what's needed in the future. My car is older, I know some of those things are needed. I know my car was in good hands and I will be returning!! P.S. Thank you Mikel, Germaine, and unfortunately I couldn't see the other gentleman's name tag! I appreciate you all!

I don't love the prices but the service is unmatched! I had been a Valvoline customer for about 6 years. One bad experience sent me to Pennzoil. This good experience has brought me back. Thanks Alaija (forgive me if I misspelled your name.)
