Walked in at 1030am, cleark was mia for about 5 min while there were 2 customers in line. Clerks back, woohoo, takes care of 2 customers and then mumbles something under her breath and then vanishes into the back. Me and 2 other customers leave after another 3 min. Luckily I don't live in the area so wont have to ever go there again.

After having my package be in a Miss sent loop, Debbie was able to find my package out of like 400 parcels.

My regular carrier disappeared last September & all of the subs are horrible. They leave my packages in plain site for porch pirates to steal, exposed to rain, and snow. One carrier must smoke or toke in her van because every time she delivers a clothing bag it reeks of coverup spray. Last week my bag was ripped wide open and the contents ready to spill out onto the ground. That too was left in plain sight even though she had to put mail in the box and could have placed the pkg below the box where it is less likely to be seen. It's like they hate you and want your stuff to get ripped off. They should be followed by an inspector, because it seems they are doing the very worst job they possibly can. I can't wait to move out of Garden City and their sub-standard post office. Whoever is in charge there doesn't have a clue what they are doing!

Thieves! I have been coming here for months to have money orders made. One of them was returned to me as the area where the amount should be was blank. The employee didn't fill it out right and print the amount on it. Now they are refusing to refund it without a reciept despite the employee remembering me and remebering making the mistake while even having the money order and serial number with me and knowing the exact amount. I'll never use this service again and highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. My money is now "gone".

Lady at front desk is very standoffish, didn't want to give me any guidance on how to deliver a package after I told her I had never done it before. I asked her how she was doing and she rolled her eyes and said what can I help you with and she seemed very irritated that I needed assistance. I let another man go ahead of me and said you can go since she does not want to help me and she yelled "she's just mad because she doesn't know what she's doing" when I told her I had never delivered a package before, so no, I didn't know what I was doing and some guidance would've been nice. I am kind to everyone and work in the service industry and know how people should be treated. Another kind lady ended up cashing me out and I explained the situation to her, but I just thought I'd add it to here also. Save yourself the hassle and go to the dearborn heights post office on Ford road. I know I will be from now on. ?

When my regular mail carrier is on vacation or for whatever reason not working the substitute carriers are so ridiculous and inefficient. This week we didn’t even get mail pickup or delivery on Thursday or Friday. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone to discuss it.ridiculous!!

Never thought I would review a post office since most are great. Stood in the front of the line for 10 minutes, was called up as next and the older man working a different window told me that an older woman that came in the same time as me, who wasn’t ready at all was in line first. He then proceeded to argue with me. I get it, he works there and I don’t but I know how a line works. Not like it matters but I won’t be back.

Just went to drop an envelope in the mail drive up so box and there is no more room in it. I could have reached my hand in and took mail out. It obviously hasn't been emptied in a long time.
