Completely useless store. Came in for painter's tape. I was directed to aisle 7, which was completely empty. Employee was useless too.

Great family run hardware that has everything! Best propane prices around and they even fill your own tanks which is rare to find nowadays!

Kinda dated stock, but super helpful employees.
Lots of BBQ grilling and fireplace stuff.
They have many drawers of all the little nuts bolts and fittings a household needs; including Metric.
Some of the stock is a little shopworn, but that also means that some of it is USA made.
Staff is knowledgeable on many repairs.

I was the only customer in the store, I paid my $14 to refill my propane, I waited 15 minutes the guy was still on the phone having a full conversation while I’m sitting waiting to be helped. I asked for a refund and left that guy has no respect for anyone’s time no wonder why they’re closing down

Stopped shopping here. Nobody deserves to be treated like a thief. Last three visits was followed around the store like I was going to steal something. Even a former employee didn't like the way owners did that to customers. It's no wonder ace is killing it down the road and this true value is hemoraging money. Go to ace 2 blocks away. They are friendly helpful and respectful. Don't shop here
