“Big Ben's Comic Oasis is by far the best shop in metro Detroit. They are much more than the small comic shops selling new comics and funko pops. They have Vintage comics/magazines, vintage Toys, cards, etc.It's a fun place to just visit and look around because you never know what you will find here. Have been coming here for years since Blast From The Past closed down and went to online only. It's hard to find a comic shop that sells older stuff and drive many miles to get here but it's well worth it. Big Ben and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have a point system so you can earn store credit which is a amazing customer service that more businesses should have in my opinion. Anyways, if your hear reading reviews go to Big Ben's to see for yourself.”

“They are very knowledgeable about everything they are selling. I have purchased roller skating wheels, wrist guards, and wheel barrings from them. They even promote local rollerskating classes from Roller Skate Detroit, which is one of the best places in the metro Detroit area for roller skating classes, especially if you are new to skating.”

The gracious owner called today advise me to come in before 4:00. She put the kites together and when I asked how much, can you believe she said nothing! “One of the bigger Ollie's in the area.Super nice employees have no problem stashing the last of a remaining product behind the registers until you get there. Other Ollie's act like you are asking for their first-born.A lot of rugs at this location compared to others.4/24: At the moment they have a ton of Hart 20v power tools and probably 500 large ceramic pots.Recommended”

After filing a complaint and having everything resolved by the district manager over all the metro Detroit locations. We decided that all Ollie's employees are not racist like the two at Westland store. We went to Farmington Rd location and will give them our business from now on.”

“We went to pick up an Etsy order from Palumba in person and had such a wonderful experience. I had been eyeing the shop for a long time and we finally splurged on the rotating bookshelf and the birthday candle ring. So excited to enjoy our lovely pieces for celebrations and everyday life! Judy and Clay were so helpful and kind. The shop is lovely with a playroom for kiddos and wonderful wood smell from their handcrafted items. We had a discount on local pickup and they reuse boxes. Palumba is across from the Plymouth Cultural Center, behind Transitions Landscaping. Bonus being a historical building of the Alter Motor Car Company. Shop local, natural, and beautiful!Update: The bookshelf assembly went well, with kiddos helping me. If anyone has a Nugget - the pyramid pillow is the perfect height to hold up the first side which is the tough part in the beginning. We gained triple the storage space (from the wagon we had been repurposing) and are using the bookcase as our Rooted in Language Pinwheels center as well as display for strewing/holidays etc.I can tuck the bookcase into the corner for more walking space in the kitchen, or pull it out a bit to allow the lazy susan to turn.The candle ring was perfect for our Yule celebration.Thanks again!All the best,The Stark Family”
“The only downside is most the furniture is for smaller dolls than I own! But I can but lots of the food, flowers and other items that can work!!! Beautiful place, extremely kind staff!!! At the very least come check it out for it's atmosphere”
“Nice toy shop in Plymouth, MI. Had so many things that I stayed for over an hour. The staff was very helpful and nice. Toys ranged from modern favorites to the classic hard to find ones. Definitely a place to go if you like puzzles or board games.”
