“I’ve had to call Ali multiple times to tow my modified BMW to my shop, he is literally the only person I trust with my car! “SO thankful I did my research and found Master Tech Collision to fix my car after an accident. At-fault driver’s insurance (Progressive) wanted me to use their in network shops but none of them seemed good so I found my own. Impeccable work. Both my passenger side doors were hit along with the mirror on my Mazda CX-30. Master Tech made my car look brand new including exact color match. They also took the time to clean the inside of my car. Just be prepared that it may take upwards of 3-4 weeks but well worth the wait for solid work done. Highly recommend”

I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“customer service in all aspects of the job was awesome!! i contacted my insurance usaa needing roadside assistance. a flat tire change at my home. sent a service request, contact was made with mac's towing, tamer was the tech who changed the tire. the complete job from request to tighting lugnuts & lowering the jack was completed within an hour. tamer did an excellent job.including safety information when driving on the small spare. not to exceed 50 mph & turn slowly. i very much highly recommend mac's towing.”

I was so lucky to call Sam’s N Son as he immediately alleviated the stress I had by arranging for me to drop my keys off and to pick up my vehicle the next morning. He also let me know he could do the work on my vehicle to make repairs if needed and that was just an added bonus to the service I had already received!
