The staff is GREAT. I bought a pair of boots that just didn't work for me . Felt good in the store but not at work. John was amazing when I stopped in 3 days later and I left with new boots that I am happy with. Good job on customer service Red Wings of Garden City !

Red wing stopped making my boots after many years. New style felt terrible, went back in and they worked with me until I had the perfect fit again, exchange process was easy, no issues.
