Mona Haidar is the owner of this business. I have asked her to respond to me about the flooring issues that her company has caused. NO RESPONSE. This has left me this option to try to reach her to resolve the issues.

carpet he is selling is not worth buying it makes you socks turn colors .the dye comeing out of the carpet .its falling apart in six months he said you wont see any seams he lied .the installers took over 6 hours on one room omg!!!! dont shop there!!!

I searched for the best bang for my buck when looking to carpet my new home and found Payless Carpet. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the choice! The owner and installers were very nice and accommodating to my needs. The carpet and service was of great quality and pricing was the best I've found. I was above satisfied with the service and love my new carpet! Thanks for making this experience such a pleasant one. Payless Carpet rocks!!!
