Watch this guy, bought a new phone here last month, he said when they text me the bill, it will say an amount that's more than your bill, but just make the normal $65 payment and it will go through, well it didn't because they claimed I owed $95. Took phone to another store and found out he had added 10GB hotspot for $20 and $10 for insurance and I never asked for these. I was charged for these when I bought my phone without ever knowing. My advice would be to take your business somewhere else.

I’ve been here a few times and really thought the guy was cool until he overcharged both myself and my husband on two separate occasions for two totally different issues. He will laugh and joke with you to get you out the door without realizing what is going on. When my husband pointed out the very obvious overcharge he said there was nothing he could do to fix it since he already processed the transaction. When I asked him why I was overcharged he told me to prove it and I could not pull it up on metro pcs website as I did not have access to the internet.

I was looking to upgrade my phone but was immediately put off by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The man working there made me feel like he had an issue with everything I said and was completely RUDE to me. As I was walking out he scolded me for where I had parked. I was in a clearly marked parking spot. There was nobody in the store or parking lot so it was even more puzzling that he said this. Carl needs customer service training.

Carl hands down is the best in the game, not only is he a phone wizard but he definitely has the best customer service!!! Carl thank you for the phone and the free case for my son!! We will definitely be back and if I can leave a 5 star review everyday I would. Thanks carl!!
