I have not had an issue with State Farm on my pass lose claims. I have not compared costs recently to be fair.

Good rates, but absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.
The representatives can never give good advice nor do they seem to know any advice anyway.
They are always so condescending and they never want to speak with me for more than 2 minutes.
I have been with State Farm for years. I transferred to this agent's office and I very much so regret not sticking with who I was with.
It seems that they are incomprehensible about having great customer care and they do not care to. I will be switching my agent's office as soon as I can. It isn't fair that I've stuck with a company for so long and then they start to treat you as someone they don't value. Especially when I continually try to bring in more business for them and refer others to them... Such a shame.
Update, 7/29/24:
Thank you, Lisa. However, I'm speaking of the representative at the office. The after-hour representatives were extremely helpful for me.

I have been with this State Farm Agent/office from the time I bought my first car. I have been very happy with them, always there to help with anything I need. I also have my home owners insurance with them.

Mrs Morgan definitely knows what she’s doing!! She is AMAZING! She’s a pleasure to work with. Very kind and sweet but more importantly very knowledgeable!! She beat very quote I had received prior!! Go to State Farm and ask for Mrs Morgan!! You will be impressed!
