I don’t want to give them no stars don’t go here in file taxes they over charge me last year I have a lot to say about them and what the owner said to me and he is so unprofessional how he played me!!! Please don’t go here I will leave it at that your better off going some where else or doing it your self!!!

I’ve been a returning customer 10+years. Ray (Owner/Operator) and his remaining team, Linda and Kim among others, are phenomenal. The work environment is friendly, professional, pleasantly clean and well organized. The locations are convenient; hours of operation and appointment scheduling have always been conducive around my work hours. I especially appreciate their efficient time and care put into preparing my taxes. Had my taxes done on 1/28/23. Was told the printer was out of ink and they would call me when I could pick them up. 3 weeks later...still waiting. Have gone in 2x to try and get my copies and was told to sit and wait (after calling and telling them I was coming), after 20 minutes I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

They did a bait and switch with their holiday loan. Over charged for the fees to make up for loaning the money with "no fees". They also said that they'd refund some of the fees and never called me back.

Hi, I used Jackson Hewitt as always. I received a $2,500 rapid refund before I reached home. They are highly recommended by me. There has never been a long wait. And the great staff they can help you with any tax problems.

Wiletta is a Good tax preparer but they prices for filing is too expensive 880$ to file is ridiculous ....but the preparer is very nice.
