This is the worst store that I've been to ever in my entire life that I've ever done business with. The associates the color red with organized crime and overcharged me three separate times for the same bike problem. Disgusting.

Told my sister one price. Once we came with trike for assembly. He (Rob) gave a different quote (much higher). If I could give less than one star I would. You would think longevity in the business meant more. She even showed him a picture of the trike so that there was no misunderstanding. Disappointed!

Very friendly and hard working gentleman! I had a pretty old bike that I wasn't sure if they could fix but the International bicycle shop fixed it for a fair price and did an excellent job

Don't believe any negative reviews or comments about this shop.
This has been my go to bike shop for sales and service for over 20 years, and it's always been a pleasure.
They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional!

Stopped in for a fat tire inner tube. Called first. Conversation will be short and to the point when you call here. But he had two choices for me regarding my bike tube.
Stopped in and it's a working repair / sales facility. Old school. But effective.
Grabbed my tube and was happy at the overall speed of the experience.

Called about a part and they said they have it. Too bad they closed early, I got there at 430. Google says they close at 5 but the sign says 6. I rode my bike 5 miles to get there but now I'm looking for a different bike shop since they don't want customers.

I bought a Schwinn cruiser bike in 2012 and only had flat tires with it after riding on glass. I asked what would be like it and he showed me two bikes and told me how they were different. Each time, he picked the bike perfect for me. I ride every day and bring my bike here for service as well.

Poor customer service. Asked for our bike to be fixed. We were told the part was ordered, we waited for a month and decided to take it elsewhere. He gave excuse after excuse and then claimed he didn’t even get in touch with the company. He will waste your time and is very unkind and talks down to you.
