Great and knowledgeable management but don't feel welcomed or kindness from her just rush and bitterness several times. It makes me miss the old management from years back. I hope and pray for a positive team so the animals can have the right care takers.

The animals here are healthy and well taken care of. Our bearded dragon was eating greens and coming right up to us from day one. Sriracha is a happy, spoiled boy

First time stopping by since moving to the area. I’ve been to multiple different exotic pet shops all over and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was blown away by how clean the store was and by the beautif, proper sized enclosures for all the animals they had. By far one of my favorite shops I’ve been to and it’s so close to my house. I will definitely continue to shop here for my reptiles and my dogs! I’ll also come here for any future reptiles I will get. Highly highly recommend! Staff was also friendly which is a huge bonus:)

Just stopped in since moving to the area. Got some food & a perch for my parrot. All of the animals they have look happy & healthy & are so well housed compared to other pet stores I’ve been to. The chick working the front counter was super cool & even offered my 3 year old to pet a rat (he loved it). They’re doing it right here & the prices for things are good too! Found my new fav pet store

Used to travel out of my way to go here for supplies. I will no longer go there. After observing the rudest hostile manager it is not the same place it has been for several decades. The owner should do something about her.Apparently there's been more than one incident considering I have no idea of the one this response addresses .......

We went to this store on a recommendation and we are glad we did! They have a wide variety of items for sale for many types of exotic animals. All the animals had nice enclosures clean enclosures and what looked like proper diets, especially for birds. I've also never seen a pet store actually have the requirement to approve enclosures before selling an animal.The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions as well! We will for sure he back.

I went in there looking to buy a pet one of the staff had a parrot on her shoulder I asked her how much, with the WORST attitude ever and an very degrading look in her face, just shuts me up and tells me “not for sale”. Honestly if she would’ve just been nice and told me “not for sale” and showed me to the birds that were for sale and talked to me about the birds I would’ve had no problem. But while I was leaving she kept giving dirty looks. VERY uncalled for especially since my mom and I walked in speaking Spanish!

Worst pet store I’ve ever been to my aunt had purchased a Parrot there years ago when I was little without me, knowing about it at the time the parrot died. My mother told me later on after I had purchased parakeets from there and they had also died and other animals as well, they are very rude and unprofessional, I’ve also spoke to other people over the years and they’ve told me similar stories about this facility. If you’re thinking of going to House of pets in Garden City good luck.
