Beware of Service department took my $80000 truck in for 2 simple recalls. They damaged the rocker and refused to take care of it. Reggie, the service advisor was it no help? We'll never return

I literally would have given stars just for my sales guy Nick, who is absolutely amazing for being an older gentleman he is on top of things, he's fast, and he can tell by just looking at his customers if there are no nonsense type of people. However, the financial part of things thinks they're a little funny trying to make a couple 100 bucks off of me when I knew the law about transferring plates. Literally, if you Google it, it shows up that I was correct, it's kind of sad when the financial guys tells the sales man shut up, he's got this because he knew what he was doing was wrong, and the sales guy caught it, but I didn't need the sales guy, because I knew the law, I've done it before.

I came in for a oil change. Tyler Hicks helped me out. He was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail to me. I will be back next week to get some more service. I hope to see him then.
