“I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this branch. I am one of those people that once I have something I cannot stand change. I began banking with my credit union 13 years ago and after a terrible week dealing with them, after being an almost perfect account holder the entire time I decided to listen to my friends and come in and have a meeting with Danielle.
She quickly walked me through the process she was able to answer every single question that I had, and she made me feel very confident and comfortable in making the transition to a new bank. She then passed me over to princess who was the one who set up my personal and checking account along with mine and my husband’s new business account. She was able to answer every single question that I had, She was more than kind throughout the entire process and very patient while explaining every single detail to me. All of my friends bank at this branch and I don’t think there has been any time that I have come in here that everybody is not smiling and super helpful to whoever I am coming with. “If you are looking for an excellent mortgage loan officer speak to Denise Staffeld at DFCU Financial. In Plymouth, Michigan. She has helped process two mortgage applications for me. She was exceptional. In a very short amount of time she explained the procedures necessary for approval. She identified the paperwork needed to verify my current investment balances and annual income, etc. She kept me informed as to the status of my application and always promptly responded to my phone and email inquiries. Further, she continued to contact
my real estate agent to make certain there were no delays by her in expediting the
