My business is based out of NC, we were in metro Detroit area working when my burnisher went out on us, scrambling to get my burnisher back in action I found this place on google and to my surprise they had the exact part I was looking for and sold it to me for a extremely fair price. They had a wide selection of products and they were all very knowledgeable and personable. Would recommend to anyone

Extremely helpful and pleasant.To be fair, I've only been once, but it was during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and they were extremely helpful, were giving informed suggestions and were very pleasant and friendly. I also witnessed them assisting an elderly couple and the two sales associates were very helpful with them as well, steering them away from buying something that wouldn't do what they were looking for.

Clean master has so much more to offer than I initially thought, and their staff was so helpful! I had stubborn spots on my carpet and they had all the tools I needed to get them out myself, and saved a lot compared to hiring a service. Thank you, clean master!
