This store is going downhill... and fast. I love shopping here, but things need to change for one it feels nicer outside then it does in this store, idk how you expect your employees to work day to day. Also, the lines are horrible every time I go there, they have a line with 8-10 people waiting and some of those customers have shopping carts full when I have maybe 1-2 items. They have 3 registers; I understand your getting rid of the self-checkouts which is fine because of all the theifs out there but they have another register at this location which can be used, its time to get this fixed or your start going to lose money at this location. plus keep getting bad reviews then the whole thing goes down the drain. Start putting the customers first and open another reigster i know for a fact another employee was there because she came up to the register when another customer couldnt get his cashapp card to work. Fix it now! or ill keep this a 1 star.

The older lady at the register was mean and nasty. She has no customer service skills. She was on the phone the entire time and acted like customers were an inconvenience

This store does have on with everything that you would need but the reason I give in the store a one-star is because the manager. Well me and my wife are in there picking up a few items we need it this place had dirty counters smeared counters whatever you want to call it and my wife has done what she might cleaning it. She looked at her like she send the manager did not clean it and give a friend like I don't care she was training somebody and I felt that was a wrong way to train somebody we were in there roughly around 3:30 on Sunday afternoon July 25th I feel this is a bad example of teaching an employee as well I for one will not go there again and I will tell people about how we were treated and also how this ugliness could pass the virus around

We are so happy to have a store here and so close to us in Galien. We've already shopped there 4 times since they opened only 3 or 4 weeks ago.
