“My son had surgery and an emergency medicine was called in for him. They called me to let me know some circumstances around the medicine, one of them being they didn't have it in stock. After explaining what was happening, the lady asked if she wanted me to call the Hill Road location to see if they had it in shock. Absolutely! She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back to say it was in stock and she would put notes in the file to make sure it would be filled sooner rather than later. Wonderful!Now, on the other hand, horrible customer service at the Hill Road location. It ended with a 10 minute search for my ID she threw in the bin to find it covered in black grease with offering only attitude and a half sheet of paper towel.”
“Kroger Bakery and Deli people in Swartz Creek were fantastic! The website was wrong.
I pre-ordered food for a bridal shower. The bakery called to let me know they no longer offer the minicookie platter. I went in to see my other options. The young lady working there was delightful and helpful! She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. (She mentioned she was new to Kroger. I hope they treat her well and hold onto her.)
The gentlemen in the deli were very friendly when I picked up my sandwiches and fruit. One of them told me he assembled the chicken salad croissants, and it was his first time doing so. He had every reason to be proud; they looked good and tasted better.
They only mistake is I believe I received whipped frosting instead of yogurt dip. (There was no "tang" to it.) No one complained, and I feel the amazing attitude of the staff more than compensated for any minor error.

I encourage everyone that is looking for a very good to try villia Linden pharmacy one thing I like the most about them is it don't take all day to get your medicine and they do offer delivery service. I've been with them for about 7years and I will always stay with them. If you have any questions about your medicine feel free to ask the pharmacist and he will take out the time to explain what medications you get and the side effects of them.Just try them for yourself and I know they will become your life long pharmacy.”
