Avoid this pharmacy. We needed an rx filled for our dog and one for my daughter. The dog rx was turned in on Monday. They said it would be ready that afternoon. Went back and nope, told it would be ready the next day. Went back Tuesday and was told nope, now it won’t be ready until Wednesday. Finally was ready Thursday. Going thru the same thing with the one for my daughter. Called at 6pm tonight was told it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. Told them we need it filled, she has one pill left. Then the clerk says oh ok we will have it ready in 30 minutes. Just went to pick it up 2 hours later and of course, it’s not ready. Terrible customer service. Looking at the prior ratings, seems like the bad service there is a trend.

Without a doubt the most incompetent, archaic, and unhelpful establishment I have ever had to deal with. If you've had to speak to anyone working there, you already know what I'm saying.
*To kill time waiting in line, I started reading some of these reviews... ?. Wow. How can no one in this organization care their inept pharmacy staff carries a 2.4 star average with the same issues repeated over and over?

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! Look at all the reviews they are correct. Very rude people, never answers phones, 30 minute line for 3 people, pharm techs are always new and can't figure out anything. I wanted a rx transferred to another Meijer and tech wouldn't do it so I called the other Meijer and instead of transferring my rx he canceled it. This is just one thing, every time you go there it's another problem. Go anywhere else.

Had a question this am on a product OTC item and the pharmacist actually took me out on the floor to find it. Recomendations also for what I was looking for. How often does this happen! Excellent customer service and I wish I would have caught his name. Whoever you are thank you for going above and beyond now days.....Meijer is a better place because of you.

They never answer the phone. Does the phone not work? Some of the staff are nice and others are rude. There is always some issue.

I am begging my parents to stop using this pharmacy! I stopped using them a while back. They absolutely do not answer their phone. After it rings long enough, it eventually just hangs up on the caller. The only way to get help is to drive to the pharmacy and speak to someone. Highly recommend not using this pharmacy.

Everything you need and quality pharmaceutical staff, Toss in the fact some or most of your prescription purchases goes towards your M-Perks and can be used to help deduct from your groceries and other general items , it's easy decision for me to use Meijer Pharmacy, Ample operating hours, vaccines of every kind available, and sound quality advice on medications and mixing them etc, definitely makes it a sound choice

This is the worst Meijer pharmacy. I was coming every month since September. The staff is ridiculously rude (every lady I've talked to in that building) and the lines to wait take more then 30min. When you get to the window they are slow like sloths. Also if you call in they will put you on hold for more then 20min then be rude and treat you poorly. I have moved to a different Meijer pharmacy that is tons better.
