My husband and I have three young kids and we have donated countless bags of items ranging from nice toys to nice clothes to the Nest over the past few years. We do not donate to any other location as we were under the impression it was for a good cause. My husband went into the Nest to buy a child’s umbrella that has been on display for months and our daughter has been begging for it and the refused to sell it to him! They said it was for display only and they did not want to access the display to get it and sell it. The lady was very rude and to think that they are supposedly helping good causes but are refusing sales for those causes is just ridiculous!! We will be looking for a better business to donate to in the future and we will never support or shop there again. I am appalled by the way they treated my husband who is a member of the community in which they operate.

Nice clean shop, friendly staff. We found some treasures there to bring home and very reasonably priced. I will shop there again.
