Renae and the Fremont location was wonderful. We needed a lift chair the same day and they came through. All big box furniture stores do not carry lift chairs in store and they have to order. We didnt have 6-8 weeks to wait. The Bedroom Store had options in store for me to see in store and try out. They were able to complete a purchase via phone with my parents and deliver to their house within hours. Definitely recommend them.

Bought a king size bed from this nice place! Ross Long can talk a good talk but he can't walk a good walk when is comes to following through on a sale. We went in to let him know we weren't real happy with our bed of $2300 and he basically told us to go screw ourselves as you bought the wrong bed. Bedroom center is a very crooked business. I would never recommend this place unless you want to get screwed over. They have a no return policy but will never mention that. I will never "shop local" again. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. And I will spread the word about your nice business.

I bought an "I love My Pillow" pillow. They are the best pillows, very comfortable, the contour shape supports the neck and helps support the shoulder. Good service.
