I recently had a very disappointing experience on July 10, 2024, at 4:30 PM. When I tried to rent a car, I was refused service solely because I have a service animal. This is not only unacceptable but also a violation of the ADA law, which mandates equal access to car rental services for people with disabilities and their service animals. I urge the company to better train its staff on ADA compliance to avoid such discriminatory practices in the future.

Fair and honest work. Front desk woman was super nice and informative and no pressure on those extra issues they always find on older vehicles. Learned that if you need it, they will provide a loaner car. Took my son's vehicle there, will be taking mine, God forbid, I need servicing any time soon.

Terrible service had jeep up there for bad battery and after two batteries and charges for analysis 4 separate times charged $ every time...staff swore at us and told us they would have worked with us if we weren't so mad at them...seeya in court!

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. They got the work done on my truck sooner than I anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done on time and at a reasonable price.

So helpful! Needed a rental last minute and they had a great selection and super fair prices. Ended up actually not needing the rental because our car issues were resolved but they helped us figure out what we needed and were very understanding about our situation. Would recommend!

I had a bad muffler and tailpipe and the people there were very professional and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I recommend them very highly!!

They took much longer to repaid my car then they should have and now that I have it back the exhaust has a leak after a new motor install. And many plastic inserts were not used to put the plastics back under my hood properly like it was when it was brought there
