Never got a warning letter to pay my bill, they just sold it without me knowing. Lost all my great grandma's stuff. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

There's a RV that sits there which blocks trucks from entering the lane. No refund if you don't let them know a month in advance before moving out your stuff. No facility to throw trash. Poor customer service.

Been storing stuff for yrs here. Love the electric fencing and code to get in. Lights on all around at night. Prices are good for the sizes
