The customer service was an okay experience. I was however notified that I would have to have $25,000 for a down payment for a vehicle. That’s a ridiculous amount of money and doesn’t sound right to me.

Against better judgment I took my wife’s vehicle into the service center. We took it in for a noise in the engine and service light . Signed the agreement and was told we won’t do any repairs this is just to look into the engine noise and look into the codes.Few days later receive a call that they have bad news my transmission is shot and need a new transmission.. dumbfounded as I had just drove it and had no issues with the transmission I asked about the engine. “Oh we don’t know what’s wrong with that it could be a valve sticking” I explained the engine noise is what I took the car in for. Than I was informed we would have to fix the transmission and still might not be able to fix the engine. I explained I was in a meeting and asked to have it all emailed over. That was a hard request as they called back later to ask what I decided. They eventually texted me a picture of the scribbled up crossed out estimate.To sum up my issue. They replace parts without approval and didn’t listen to the customer and diagnose what I paid them to as my paper i received says “No diagnosis of the engine at this time”I went to inform a member of management in person. I was told the service manager left but I can let the GM know. She went to check if he was available came back a few minutes later began leading me to the office and she said you can talk to his secretary he’s in a meeting. I declined and told her I’ll just share my experience on a review.

They had my son’s vehicle for 7 weeks and did not fix it. Said they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Then after getting the call to come and get it, my husband heard one of the staff members say “we chose not to do the work on that one”. 7 weeks hoping the dealership would be more helpful. Will not be working with them ever again!
