“The Fremont Walgreens and the Pharmacist Rick rate far higher than any of the Muskegon area stores do. Rick always goes above and beyond to help his customers. I have dealt with other pharmacist that will not even take the time to speak to the customer standing at the counter. Most other pharmacist are rude and won’t even answer a question but Rick takes the time to explain the drug and any new changes in your prescription. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.”

“I upgraded my Samsung phone and was supposed to get $500 trade in value for my old phone, I was only given $250. I called tmobile corp office and they told me to talk to the store where I purchased the phone and they will make can right , so I talked to Vivian the store Manager and asked her to get me the extra
$250 I should have received in the first place we both had a heated discussion, I later called her back and apologized , she said the $250 taken off my bill was no big deal. When I called her to follow up she said she sent paperwork to her boss and has not heard back from her that was a week ago.
I'm not going back there any more.
Update as of last week on the $250.00 refund, tmobile store managers boss approved the payment .
