“They have a polite and knowledgeable staff. Staff member took his time finding out what had happened and what all did we wanted down. After taking pictures they were going to contact our insurance company, email them the quote and send the pictures that needed to be fixed. Plus, they have a complimentary vehicle to use while ours was getting fixed!”

“Had an employee who I worked with that was struggling and ended up homeless. To make matters worse, the alternator on their car died and now they were struggling to get to work. I went in to buy an alternator for them, (not what someone would expect for a Christmas present), but Jarod set us up. He was friendly and professional while I explained what I was doing. He gave me a great deal and showed genuine concern for the family. When presenting the alternator, we made sure that they knew Jarod and the Advanced Auto team did their part to help too. Best Christmas ever!”
