Mike & his company was so easy to work with. He was very honest and trustworthy. He also was very understanding letting me stay for 2 weeks before i had to move out. It was my first home and lived there for 10 yrs it was hard for me to sell it but he was so understanding and so reasonable to work with. He communicated really well with me also. A really great experience and company to work with!!! Really appreciate it!!!!

When I had a problem with the dryer the first time I used it, the contractor contacted by Michael at Princeton Properties Inc.was extremely thorough, polite & knowledgeable about fixing the dryer. I didn’t trust this process at all, because seemed I was giving a lot of control over this process to Michael. But in the end he held his end of his promise to sell the house before it went into foreclosure which allows me the freedom to have better credit and get the property off my hands. I was very skeptical but this is proof he is an honest and professional person who is true to his word. He definitely can help you if you are in tough position. He also always to took my phone calls and held my hand through the process. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

This company was a blessing in disguise! I was at a point in my life where I could no longer care for my dream home! Then I met Mike Eigsti, this man came to my home and was so very nice to deal with. He helped me every step of the way with Princeton Properties buying my home.
