Charlie from Pavers Plus today fantastic job transforming my broken steps to a beautiful patio with walk out to a large patio and a beautiful patio to my Koi Pond. Everything was done to perfection with precision. This is the first job done with my home I truly have no complaints with. His design and different than I imagined and so much better including the pavers used. He added led lights around the deck that shine down along with each step going down this looks amazing when getting dark out.
The photos that I am attaching are taken before I have my Landscaping fixed.

Pavers plus quality second to none. Used Pavers Plus on multiple projects and never had an issue with the quality of work. Referred them multiple times to friends and family and they didn’t disappoint.

The Pavers Plus crew did a phenomenal job on my outdoor paver projects! Both my front and back yard needed quite some work and they brought my visions to life! They designed and built my new front walkway, porch, and a place for my decorative chairs/bench in the front yard. In the back yard they built a paver patio, knee wall, and fire pit. They completely revamped my yard and I couldn’t be happier!

I hauled a load of swimming pool water for Pavers Plus July 21, 2023. They requested an emailed invoice. This was done...4 times. Copies of all emails and the invoice were mailed via USPS and they were returned. I have left messages on the "contact us" portion of their website and tried to call any number on their website. They refuse to answer or pay. I will never do any work with them again. This company recently put in a new patio for us, first I had to take the pavers that they chose they would not do the pavers that I chose. Even though those pavers have been used on the last patio just fine. They finished the job of the patio, but left a huge gap between the sidewalk and the patio, and did not finish the job. We have not been able to get them to respond to us, even though we have made numerous texts and phone calls. They were also supposed to replace the fence that they have torn down to get through to the patio. We have not seen anyone yet, nor received answers of when the fence will be replaced

It's unfortunate to see great talent go to waste when a project can't be finished. A 5 week , $150K project has turned into a 10 month incomplete project. Charlie and his team delivered on quality but were not able to complete their project overall. After trying to communicate on multiple occasions, we are having to complete the last 10% of our pool and landscaping project by hiring other people. I do not recommend working with Pavers Plus.
