Even though this bank is not an on line facility, you CANNOT BEAT the personal touch that this bank offers. They listen to concerns and help with finance questions, and the big one is you don't have to go through 20 steps on the phone to reach a human. I will keep supporting this small town bank with its big time personnal touch.
