We boarded our 2 cats here. It was really difficult to find a cat boarding facility around here that didn't just stick cats in a super tiny cage. We came to check it out first and the staff was really helpful. There was only one other cat there and it wasn't too noisy. However, when we dropped them off, the volume of animals in the facility doubled so the environment was completely different, but it was too late for us to change boarding plans. I don't think it was well suited for cats because cats typically don't get along with other cats and there were several staying there at once, plus 3 that constantly wander around. It's also very noisy there with the dog kennels being nearby. When we picked them up, we were surprised to see 2 small dogs in the cat room as well who were barking and making noise. It's a very stressful environment for cats and we noticed negative behavior changes in ours once we came home. However, the staff was really friendly and sent us photos of our cats upon request while we were out of town. The check-in/checkout process was seamless. They administered oral medication to one of our cats and kept with their feeding schedule. I do wish the facility was more accommodating for cats (quiet area, separate from dogs and other cats), but this isn't a bad option.

Took our Husky here for Daycare and his grooming. They did excellent with his grooming and excellent with his blowout. He seemed to enjoy his first time here. Very please with this Kennel and groomer. Would highly recommend Foxbrook to all pet parents!

This was the first time I had taken my 2 dogs to their groomer, Christina, and I could not be more pleased with how their grooming turned out. I had been using the same groomer for many years and I'll admit I was nervous about changing groomers. But I couldn't have been more pleased. I've already scheduled their next grooming. I highly recommend Christina for your grooming needs.

We have taken out dog twice and everything was great. They were even open over labor day weekend! The location is easily accessible from the road. Before our initial visit I left a message and it was returned promptly the same day. All in all we are pleased so far. Keep up the good work guys!

This use to be a great place to board our dogs. Our recent experience was absolutely terrible with miss communication between quoting and staff. All around under delivered in the services they provided. Our dogs were covered in urine!! Management blew off concerns, disappointed in the service we received and will be thinking twice about ever going back.

My two-year-old pit mix has been getting groomed here for 6 months. The groomer can handle her size and anxiety which is a bonus. Her nails and bath are always a quick (hour) or so service. She use to go to a different groomer who would put a foul-smelling powder on her. I know when I take her here I know it won't be an all-day process. Highly recommend.
