Just bought my very first brand new car with the help of Kyle, Richard, and Pam! Thank you all so much, I could not be happier with my new vehicle. Everyone at Burt Watson was always kind and helpful, and always made sure to answer all of my questions. Kyle was extremely communicative while we waited for my car to arrive and kept me updated throughout the several week process. Definitely recommend!!

This was my best dealership experience, EVER. I had my ducks in a row, had my own lending secured, and my vehicle chosen ahead of time for a test drive. But I have had that before at other dealerships and been there for 4-5 hours. The negotiation process was easy, Jack Barber and his manager both negotiated fairly for their vehicle and with me on my trade, and put their best offers forward. Jack was a very knowledgeable sales person, he was personable and fun to talk with during the whole process. I was in and out of the dealership is 2.25 hours. The whole staff was great, even though they were there approximately 30 minutes past closing time. I would absolutely come back for another vehicle here, and recommend my friends and family, including to work with Jack!

I had been searching for a specific vehicle with certain packages and was finding nothing but dead ends. I came across a Colorado in transit to Burt Watson Chevrolet. I reached out and was immediately helped and all my questions were answered. I was then handing off to a sales person, who then got right to work on helping me get the vehicle I had my eyes on! Joe Howansky Was incredibly helpful, he kept me up to date every single day and when there was any issue with the delivery, he was straight forward with me. He did not sugar coat anything and made the whole experience effortless. Made sure I got the most for my trade in and made sure I was happy with everything during the process. I am so happy I went with Burt Watson Chevrolet!

I went to Burt Watson with my 19 year-old son who was purchasing a vehicle all on his own for the first time. The used car salesperson, Keith Dawson, was very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for him. I was impressed with Keith's knowledge on many different vehicles and his rapport when dealing with a younger buyer. He went above and beyond to make sure my son was extremely satisfied with his purchase. I was also immensely impressed with Donna Faught who worked with my son regarding financing. Her professionalism and knowledge preparing the paperwork and contract was impressive. She was very thorough when going over everything and was able to answer all questions he had. Thank you to Donna and Keith for a wonderful first buying experience for Parker.

I went to Burt Watson with one eye closed as I knew my situation would be a learning curve for anyone. I was greeted by the friendliest face in the world. Justin Fabin. From the moment that I spoke with him, I knew he was going to find me the perfect car! Justin listened to everything I had to say, with empathy, and then attacked the situation. Even though the perfect car for me wasn't a brand new sparkly model, Justin never made me feel anything less than royalty and deserving of exactly what I wanted. He took the facts, found the car and got it done. 200 stars for Justin Fabin and the Burt Watson family! Forever greatful!

I have been here many times to get work done on my cars. I got a loaner almost every time. Excellent staff. I also had to deal with the people in the body shop due to totaling not 1 but 2 different vehicles. Excellent staff. Now hopefully this is my last time for a while but I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel Nicholson help me find a new ..used vehicle. He was understanding of my circumstances... Very professional and got things taken care of quickly. He even delivered my car to my house. Thanks again Gabriel. I would highly recommend Burt Watson for all your vehicles needs.
