“Moved my parents out of their apartment and into a house. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. We liked them so much we're hiring them for our move now.We requested the same guys for our moved and maybe that was a mistake. The guy who was apparently "the leader" seemed to have an attitude and while arranging items in the truck broke quite a few things then blamed me for the way I packed them. The boxes and totes were clearly labelled as Fragile! Maybe he was just having a bad day but I'd rethink hiring them again. I wish I could remember the guy's name who did all the heavy lifting and moving items because he was awesome and a total work horse on both jobs, he deserves 5+ stars!”

“??Brittany was AWESOME, so so friendly and welcoming (it really helped that day bc i was so stressed about moving too)...The transaction was VERY SIMPLE and well explained. I paid $79 overall for my 15' truck(so one of the larger sizes), and USE THE UHAUL APP GUYS BC IT WAS EXTREMELY EASY, when i needed the 1st extension on the return time(move was taking much longer than anticipated), I was charged around $40 for a couple more hrs(not great...however...), the 2nd time i went on the app and texted a rep, he said "I just went ahead and extended your rental to 24hrs for FREE, no additional charge ok?" I was like "UH HUH! THAT'S FINE WITH ME!(see why I said to USE THE APP NOW??)...I had ZERO hidden fees and it was $79 for a 24hr rental! NO OTHER TRUCK RENTAL COULD DO THAT, NOT ONE... I'LL BE BACK HERE for SURE in the FUTURE?...THX
