Go to Discount Tire instead, learn from my mistake
Worst prices in Michigan, they make it seem like your getting a good deal by discounting tires that are heavily overpriced to begin with. He quoted me 179.99 each for some tires and he discounted them to 129.99 each and said “Black Friday deal”. I found the same tires at Discount Tire for 89.99 each. I could’ve saved $300, don’t waste your time here.
Also be prepared for long wait times because there’s only one guy changing all the tires.

I drove into their lot this morning on a rim, 3 crappy tires and $70 to my name with the hope I could at least get 1 very needed used tire. I left with 4 brand new tires and the feeling that my child is safer now in my car. Lee was amazing and super helpful. He was able to get me financed for 4 tires, even with my crap credit, and a life road warranty. So, now driving thru construction zones and places with heavy debris, I don’t have to worry as much that I will run over something that will puncture my new tires. Even if that happens I know I can bring my car right back here and be taken care of without having to come out of my pocket again. They were quick too. I was probably there without an appointment for only 20 minutes. Thank you Lee for being so helpful and relieving a huge amount of stress I was carrying!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place, they have first rate customer service, bar none best pricing anywhere!!! Make this your first and only place to buy tires. The manager Ray went above and beyond to give me the price possible, I was back on the road in under 30 minutes.

Very great place and very professional and friendly people. They even took me out into shop and showed me things that were wrong. These guys went above and beyond great service today! I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone !! Great price for tires !! Also had work done on our vehicle and it drives like it’s brand new. Thank you and much appreciated!! I live in Pontiac and will be driving to Fraser from now on for any tire or work done!!

I bought a tire here and it blew out a few hours later. No nails, and was not caused by a pothole. Just a brand new tire that blew out. After informing them, they did not even have the common courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. The manager/owner there threw a hissy fit when I asked to refund my money. That was my first time there and last time!

Very friendly & you do truly save on tires! In my case, front two tires needed to be replaced and my left wheel was bent so I came back a week later with a new(used) wheel that wasn’t bent, they replaced it for close to nothing. Mechanics are legit and hard working, this place is the TRUTH!

I am going to be visiting from out of state this spring, and will be picking up tires in the area for my truck and bringing them home to put on at a later time. kind of found this store by accident and it is very close to where I will be visiting. I called ahead and spoke with the manager Ray very nice and had wonderful prices for what I need. He was very busy at the time that I called and I gave him my email address and asked if he could email me, all the examples of the size tire that I need and he was happy to do it. I was in the automotive business for 40 years and know how busy it gets juggling clients. I called back once a couple hours later to make sure he had my information correct as I did not see the email. He assured me that he had it that he remained busy and would get it to me as soon as possible. After a couple more hours I called back again, and he still had not sent it but assured me that he would. Since I first spoke with the store and asked that they simply emailed me selections and prices to workday have passed, and I received nothing. I truly believe that the worst customer to have is the one that remains polite and quietly goes somewhere else. I believe in giving someone the benefit of the doubt but I asked them a few times and it still didn't happen after they told me that it would. There is another nearby tire store that I'm going to go to and spend $50 more as I bought tires from that particular store last year as well and got very good customer service. everyone else may have had a wonderful experience, and I was simply the one who slipped through the cracks as far as communication goes. Because there are other selections especially one that I had good luck with last time I would rather spend the extra $50 there.
