My review has been previously taken down on google numerous times so I will repost. I have photos to prove it has been removed. I am writing this review to share my experience with Mac Gym, focusing on the challenges I've encountered in the past month as a Personal Trainer and a member of the gym. Since December 10, I have been awaiting the return of my property, which was supposed to be shipped on that date or a bit after. Regrettably, the delivery has been significantly delayed, causing frustration and inconvenience on my part. In the past, just by working here for a short amount of time, this company has demonstrated a consistent basis of having poor communication with their members. Occasionally, there would be a member issue that needs to be resolved and the manager (Ava) would not be available or will not return my calls or the member who has an issue. This lack of effective communication has been mentally draining and has created a sense of unease. I believe that timely and transparent communication is crucial in addressing and resolving such matters My exchanges with Garry Sparkman (Regional manager) have been untimely and often limited to generic acknowledgments, such as liking my messages. There would be no response in long periods of time and I would have to react to my own messages just to get any kind of response. I have attached a screenshot documenting Garry Sparkman claiming my binder is mac gym property and then saying they will mail my binder, but it has been well over 2 weeks. These recent experiences have left me disheartened. My intention in sharing this review is to bring attention to these issues and encourage improvements in communication and issue resolution. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, with the aim of enhancing the overall experience for current and future members/employees. But steering clear from this gym would be the wise choice Sincerely, Catherine Barba Navy Veteran

Already love this gym! My child doesn’t want to leave the kids club and the gym is so so clean. Very reasonable and knowledgeable staff there to help with anything you need.

when I came in Ava helped me out. She walked me through how their gym process is and what is available. She stretched me out and gave me a tour of the gym. It’s a super chill place with lots of help to offer when it comes to working out and a healthier life style. Everyone was so welcoming. I’m so excited to start my journey!

Today I went into the MAC gym in Frazer Mi and my life is forever changed. The variety of equipment and the family atmosphere is what really sold me. Getting the 3 club access and 24-hour access is something you dont find at a-lot of gyms now a days. #trusttheprocess

Extremely clean!! Full stoked vending machines, clean equipment and clean gym. Friendly and inviting staff! Merch store? This was cool to see for sure. All brand new upholstered equipment which matches the color scheme. Easy to access all the equipment. Busy enough to keep you motivated but not crowded to where you want to lose your mind. Excellent gym to grind and get after it at!! ????

Cost too much to start up, monthly fee, and yearly fee for it to not have enough plates. And the Mt. Clemens location just smells like mold. Save your money and just find a different gym. A lot of options that are cheaper and you can get more out of. The location I signed up at also never told me I had to do a contract. Didn’t find out it wasn’t just a monthly gym until a few days later when I got the contract in my email. I was never showed the contract at sign up. They definitely pressure you into signing up.
