Only took roughly 60 seconds on a phone call to lose my business. I spoke to a lady first thing in the morning and all I wanted was some information about the business and about the car I was interested in. The tone throughout those 60 seconds was that my call was more of a bother than anything and that they would have a sales person call me back. Well, I never received a call back and now I’m left with more questions than I originally had when I called them in the first place.

Had the car for 30 mins and it broke down. Also the miles were rolled back. Just was told the engine is shot. Called a lawyer now have to go through a lot just to get my money back. Which I will because it’s a federal offense to roll miles back. You can lose your dealers license.
