Went in the store on my lunch and asked for a specific phone that my daughter wanted. Instead of just helping me get what my kid wanted he just proceeded to call her odd and say that she doesn't have to download stuff if she doesn't want. Extremely rude and unprofessional this kid left me feeling insulted as I walked out of their store

Now listen. I've had a couple issues with this store in the past but this guy named Simon who works there now was amazing. He really went over the top in helping me. My phone broke and I needed one that day but was low on cash and I'm on a fixed income so I didn't have too many options. You could tell he sympathized and made calls, searched forever for phones and deals and did everything he could to make sure I could walk out of there with a decent budget phone that day. Then he transferred everything, programmed everything and I was a pain I'm sure but he didn't give me one sighe of irritation or nothing. Just was happy to help someone in a tight situation. Simon your a good dude. I hope metro or team mobile knows and appreciates what a great worker they got.

I purchased a new phone and the store manager showed me how to do basic functions. He then transferred all of my information. The whole process was smooth.Note: Other metro stores do not compare nor provide nearly the great customer service that I experienced here at this store.In conclusion, Im so happy with my new phone. Thank you very much!The store manager here is a Saint.

Came in a little before close, needed to do a quick phone transfer, I was told they weren't taking cash because he was "closing soon"..... which is wild because if your still open you should be able to take cash payments, I asked about tap to pay and conveniently enough, he responded with " tap to pay is down too"Not a good look, if you're open until 6, then you should take any form of legal tender until 6 pm. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

10/07/2023 I am a regular customer and I always have a welcoming experience at this location. I was looking for a phone with more storage. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by the manager. He then showed me devices with more storage options, he was patient and throughout the process.Overall I love this store it's always a welcome experience.
